I often think how I miss interesting faces, and instinctively seek them out in the crowds- precicy because they're becoming increasingly rare. And almost always, an interesting face has had and interesting life - and that's the whole point of life, isn't it?
Oh I couldn’t agree more - I love women (and men) that wear their lives on their faces - the laughters, the love, as well as the pain. Faces that tells a story and that are embracing life in all different stages❤️ Few things are more beautiful than that!
So inspiring to read my dear! Thank you for writing about it! I hear your voice, tone and melody, way of pronouncing while reading it in bed now this cosy Sunday morning.
Such wise, beautiful, youthful words and reflections on ageing. The power of intention and the way we approach something…
The body as the Temple. Tending to our outer and inner garden. Taking care of it, dressing it, honouring the seasons and cycles of life. Intentional living. About self love and self worth. With this approach and energy you will feel younger and younger in some ways and at the same time wiser and wiser. And look soo good! As always. To age with grace. A calmness about it. Awareness to come back to center, an inner alignment in the noise of the world.
And… More radiant and authentic for every day… You can tell, you have that glow and radiance from the inside, the energy, curiosity, childlike view. And your style and eye, passion for fashion and the deeper levels of it…
Dearest friend. Your words, always the sweetest honey💛 We have an ocean of things to talk about - aging, art, presence, style, life…soon dinner you and me🥰
Thank you for such a lovely, personal post. I'm always interested in hearing other women's perspectives on aging (and looks and style). I feel as though my face sort of fell when I turned 30 - dramatic but honest. But then again, I've never had more people tell me I look young. It's a strange paradox but I also generally don't place too much worth in looking youthful. I want to look healthy and inspired and energized and happy! And I'm getting botox in my 11's in a couple of days haha
